Elite Pro Valet

A premium web presence that turns property managers into leads.

Elite Pro Valet parks cars for hotels, restaurants and residential properties. Property managers pick vendors fast, mostly on whether they look trustworthy, and the old site didn't. I redesigned it to look like it belongs next to high-end properties.

Background

Property managers judge a vendor in seconds.

I interviewed 10 decision-makers. They look for professionalism, proof and an obvious next step, and the old site gave them none of it.

Persona: Marcus Bennett, hotel operations director who wants a valet partner that reflects his property's standard

Persona

Meet Marcus.

"I need a valet partner that reflects my property's standard." He's who every section had to convince.

How might we make a local valet service look like it belongs next to high-end properties?

01 · Hierarchy

Bold type that says "established" before anyone reads.

One confident promise and one primary action on the first screen, with trust signals right beside it.

Testimonials section with client quotes and ratings

02 · Trust

Proof where decision-makers look for it.

Testimonials and ratings got their own easy-to-scan section, so credibility is shown, not implied.

03 · Next step

A call to action you can't miss, on every page.

I cut the navigation to the essentials and repeated "Get a quote" at the moments people are ready, then tuned wording, placement and spacing through testing.
